TEA INGREDIENTS
How to Use:
Fill your infuser or tea bag with 1-2 tsp of loose leaf tea blend and place in a cup. Add 6-8 oz of nearly boiling water over the leaves and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Sit back, take a deep breath and enjoy!
